Diese Luxus Villa besteht aus 6 Schlafzimmern 3 Doppelzimmer 2 Zweibettzimmer und 1 mit Etagenbetten. das Grundstück ist 5000 m2 und 500 m2 bebaut. Es hat ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und auch "Sky Tv" (das komplette Paket inklusive Filme und Sport).
Es verfügt über 6 Bäder und ein separates WC. Außerhalb ist das Spielzimmer mit Billardtisch und ein großer Grill, zusätzlich hat die Villa einen eigenen Tennisplatz am Grundstück und ein separates Esszimmer und eine sehr große Küche .
5 der 6 Schlafzimmer sind alle auf der gleichen Ebene alsso sehr kinderfreundlich und auch behindertengerecht und für ältere Menschen.
Es liegt auf der neuen goldenen Meile neben Puerto Banus zum Strand ist nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß, es gibt es viele Restuarants , Bars und einem Supermarkt im Umkreis mit wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen außerdem Ärzte Apotheke etc. direkt an der Haustür. also fantastische Lage . Der Aufenthalt in diesem Haus macht Ihren Urlaub zu einer wunderbaren Erfahrung.
